Bay Capital Partners is seeking Vice President candidates to join the San Francisco office. Vice Presidents lead deal team work, help drive new business, and manage Associates. Vice Presidents work directly for a General Partner and have tremendous visibility into the operations and day to day strategy of the firm.

Vice Presidents typically have 5-10 years of relevant work experience and come from a variety of industries and backgrounds. Most have MBA or equivalent knowledge with economics or finance backgrounds.

Associates work includes research, overall deal support, analyst and intern coordination, and deal flow management. Associates work directly for a General Partner and have tremendous visibility into the operations and day to day strategy of the firm.

Associates typically have 1-4 years of work experience and come from a variety of industries and backgrounds.

Bay Capital Partners is seeking Interns to join the San Francisco and New York offices. Intern's work includes research, Managing Director support, deal support, and marketing. Interns work horizontally across the firm and will be involved throughout the business. Successful Interns will be offered full time positions based on availability.

Interns are typically pursuing undergraduate degrees and come from a variety of industries and backgrounds.
