Criteria for selecting your banking partner:

  • Strong understanding of your technology/solution: If your investment banker can't effectively communicate your value and technology, how is he going to get you the best price? Process and relationships are only half the story.
  • Focus should be on you: Many banks run you through a templatized process. Middle market companies are too diverse for this approach. We will spend as much time as is necessary to determine your specific needs and therefore the most relevant process to run.
  • Effort & creativity: Middle market transactions vary from large transactions as there can be literally hundreds of potential buyers. Within the financial and strategic buyer population a different approach and positioning will be required to garner interest.
